I ordered two items from the company for £114 on 29 Dec. After the confirmation email, I got zero updates on my order, and I literally had to chase them to give me an update on my order. They claimed that I should have got my order on 1st Jan, even though not a single tracking number, email, update or anything landed on my end. Their approach to customers is unacceptable and outrageous. When I talked to their agents, they told me I have to wait until they finish their investigation with Yodel, otherwise, they can't do anything. I was waiting patiently. Even though Yodel said they lost the package, I'm still waiting for my refund and I had to write 3 follow-up emails on my behalf. The latest was that they successfully gave me a refund, but surprisingly, I haven't got my money back, and they came back to me with a complaint form to Yodel to escalate my case yesterday. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

A FUIR! Très déçue par cette entreprise. Un mois après ma commande, je n'ai toujours pas été livrée, je n'ai pas de numéro de suivi et le service client ne répond plus. Pas du tout professionnel.

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL ! Very disappointed with this company. One month after my order, I still haven't been delivered, I don't have a tracking number and the customer service doesn't answer anymore. Very unprofessional.

Ordered a snowboard jacket and pants from the site,

ordered on saturday and came tuesday.

well packaged and fast delivery.

Do NOT buy from here. I have tried to contact the company numerous times about a refund on a couple of items sent back and signed for in Aug. NOTHING! They currently owe me over £80.

I bought a jacket in the same size worn by the model on the site, unfortunately it was really too big for me and I had to return it.
Btw the jacket was nice and came fast so I give 5 stars.

Brilliant products. I bought a technical jacket and it lasted about 4 years before it was showing signs of wear. Love their jumpers too. No free returns though.

Great clothes, awful returns . Bought some ski pants looked great but didn’t fit, wasn’t sure on colour to go with my jacket so ordered both colours. To post back cost me over £13.!!! Don’t get stung!!!

Ordered now for the 3rd time. I like the clothes and the materials. Delivery is very fast. You have to pay the delivery costs if you send back items which is not a big thing in my opinion (so people don't order without thinking and send back all the time).
Every piece is packed in plastic.. I dont like it but thats the only thing that I can criticize. Maybe they can change it in the future :)

Horrible place, do not shop with them, avoid at all costs. Really, no joke, they are that bad!!! The worst possible experience you could have! Childish, liars and untrustworthy!
